You will have to go to:

Tools||Internet Options||security||{Internet Zone}||Custom Level...

Scroll down to the following item:

"Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media
player"

Put a tick in the Radial button next to "Enabled" (IE7 comes ticked Disabled
by default)

You should then be able to view the Video
